By booking a photoshoot with MARLE COETZER CC, you acknowledge my right to the images . MARLE COETZER retains the right to use any such images in our portfolio as well as marketing materials and any other use that we deem suitable. If photos are used on social networking sites (e.g.: Facebook) or the Internet, please credit MARLé COETZER as the photographer.

YOUR WEDDING OR SHOOT WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED YOUR 50% DEPOSIT. Please have your name as reference on any payments.

• A 50% deposit is required to secure the date with the balance due on the day of the wedding/shoot. PHOTOGRAPHS WILL NOT BE RELEASED WITHOUT PROOF OF FULL PAYMENT.
  
• Package includes traveling costs in and around Jhb/Pretoria. Traveling cost outside Jhb/Pretoria is R3/km excluding toll-gate costs.
  
• The photographer adhere to strict time limits as per package, after which a set fee of R350 per hour will apply. These fees will be added to the final invoice.
  
• Copyright: please note all photographs remain the copyright of Marlé Coetzer. All images supplied to you are for your personal use only i.e. they are not for commercial use. Prior consent for the use of the images for any other purpose than for your personal enjoyment is to be sought from Marlé Coetzer. Permission is herewith given to Marlé Coetzer Photography to use any photograph for marketing, photographic competitions, exhibitions and display.

Wedding Cancellation Policy: Marlé Coetzer Photography will not be liable for any refunds if you cancell our services less than 3 months before the wedding date. If more than 3 months notice is given, there will still be a 50% cancellation fee on the deposit you have paid.

Liability: Marlé Coetzer will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer as a result of, inter alia, the following:

• Force Majeure
  
• Fire,
  
• Hijacking, theft and related events,
  
• Malfunction of equipment, (I always have back ups ;-))
  
• Loss of negatives, memory card and/or digital information etc by the development laboratory,
  
• The photographer will not be held responsible for unknown damage of film/data,
  
• The undersigned agrees to waive any claims of negligence, breach of warranty or contract, mental harm and distress.

• I consent to judgment in terms of section 57 and section 58 of the Magistrates Court Act, to be obtained against me in order for Marlé Coetzer Photography to collect any outstanding and due amount from me.
  
• Should I default in any part payment or instalment payment, due and payable, I consent to the whole outstanding balance to become payable immediately.
  
• I consent to the payment of all legal costs, should Marlé Coetzer Photography have to institute legal action against me, at attorney and own client scale, plus interest.
  
• I also consent to payment of collection commission and tracing agent’s fees.
  
• The photographic and studying material generated, and or furnished by Marlé Coetzer, will remain the property in all respects of Marlé Coetzer until full and final settlement of all outstanding fees has been affected.
